Aging Study on Pulmonary Cell Renewing of Albino Mouse Using Radioautography


Abstract
The cell renewing of pulmonary organ, which are from the foregut during embryonal stage, had been determined by means of using 3H-Thymidine and radioautography.
From 4-days to more than 50-weeks old normal albino mice were used in present experiment. A single dose of 0.8 ?c was administrated intraperitoneally, and each was sacrificed 120 min. thereafter. The bronchial specimen was cut at 3-micra, was used stripping method, was exposed for 28-day at room temperature, and was as a nuclear single staining with hematoxylin. a. In general, comparatively low the rates in suckling young¢¥s was contrasted with those of the adult. Regardless the embryonal origins or the sexes, the trends were shown decreased the rates of the suckling¢¥s with the time, while those of adult were reversed in the rates. Especially true in the adult females. b. Epithelial renewings of entodermal origin were faster than those in mesodermal origin¢¥s. c. Regardlessly, various humoral mechanisms were related in the embryonal¢¥s were active, and the activities were more sensitive in the aging¢¥s than the suckling¢¥s. d. A reversed features in adult female¢¥s gave an implication of higher the entodermal¢¥s vs. lower mesoderm originated subject. e. Nevertheless the same mesodermal cartilagenous cells in which negligible labeling. The figures were more clear in those of the adult¢¥s. f. Incomplete neglects had been made in an understandable things, because the rates were seems to be vitality, unsuitable endo-exogenous environmental situations from varing origins. Therefore, the adaptabilities appears happen to be less districted in senses
